Author? s enjoy many and various copyright among which, according to the law of copyright, is the right of the property that is designed to provide a reputable life for the author and to encourage others to create novelties. They will often have to bargain Their property right for a remuneration. This paper seeks, to provide a firm and acceptable definition of the remuneration (royalty) in such bargain; to study any possible flaw of the law in this respect, and to determine features and effects of the copyright. remuneration can be defined as a property given by the user to the author, or their representative, in return for vesting the right to use the work. That property is as important as the copyright itself.
