Comparative Law Review is the first Persian-language publication specializing in comparative law which publishes original research on legal issues. The first issue of the journal was published in1976.

The purpose of the Journal is to create and distribute new knowledge in the field of comparative law and finally reforming and strengthening of constitutional law. Comp. Law Rev. is now considered as one of the main sources of law and one of the most cited journals in Iran.
