Abstract

To make an efficient decision occupies a great and important place in theorists' minds at all disciplines. One's decision depends to a large extent on the prediction he's made upon others' decisions. This prediction is now facilitated by logical and mathematical rules, and game theory is the best means for this goal. In fact game theory is a branch of "rational choice theory" which analyzes the knowing people's choices and measures. At law discipline, with regard to gross interest conflicts between players, especially in lawsuits and contracts, using this method is an effective way for predicting behavior of the other party and consequently deciding for making a litigation, forming a contract, etc. our object in this article is analysis and explanation of legal players' behavior and making a good decision by means of game theory.
